Born in 1990, he starts playing drums in 2005, self-taught. He tries to experiment with materials to find personal and unique sounds. In 2020 he then starts to repair and customize cymbals starting from Turkish blank metal discs.

The hunger for a personal sound, however, does not cease with his own cymbals to be offered to other musicians; in fact for his own sound he uses the Turkish Diril cymbals, Code skins and a Sempiternus “Fascia Unica” snare drum in 14×6.5 “maple finish with natural lacquer, to enhance the meticulous care and immense passion which Maestro Sergio Giovagnola puts in every single creation.
