Roberto Bisello

He began studying music at the age of 10, attending guitar lessons; at 14 he began studying drums and percussion instruments with the Masters Adriano Achei and Leonardo Ramadori. In 2008 he graduated in percussion instruments at the Conservatory of Perugia “Francesco Morlacchi”, under the guidance of Maestro Domenico Fontana.
On 28 March 2011 he completed the second level Academic Diploma in percussion instruments at the aforementioned conservatory, with a grade of 110/110. On April 2, 2015 he completed the 1st level Academic Diploma in Jazz Drums and Percussion at the Perugia Conservatory under the guidance of Masters Stefano Paolini and Alessandro Paternesi.
On 5 April 2017 he finished the second year of the second level Academic Diploma of the jazz course. During his academic studies he attended the Berkley summer course in Perugia with the Masters Ron Savage, Cristiano Micalizzi and Marco Volpe.
He has partaken in several Master Classes with: Ellade Bandini, Cristiano Micalizzi, Maurizio Dei Lazzaretti, Christian Meyer, Roberto Gatto, Massimo Manzi, Fabrizio Sferra, Peter Erskine and many others. In 2008 he attended the percussion seminar with maestro Ney Rosauro, at the “Rinaldo Franci” high school of musical studies in Siena.

He has played and plays with various classical orchestras: Camerata del Titano Orchestra, Pergolesi Spontini Foundation, Teatro Regio di Parma, Teatro Lirico Sperimentale di Spoleto, Marchigiana Philharmonic Orchestra. He played in a percussion group under the guidance of Maestro Gianni Maestrucci, with whom, in 2008, he collaborated at the international event “Right Profit Guitar Festival” in Città della Pieve.
He played with the “Tolentino Jazz Orchestra”, directed by Maestro Stefano Conforti with whom he currently collaborates in various jazz situations, including the homage to Ennio Morricone, realeasing an album. In 2010, again in collaboration with Maestro Conforti, he played a jazz concert with Andrea Braido in the “Free Revolution” club in Città di Castello. He has played in sextet with the guitarist Luca Pecchia in Loro Piceno (Mc) and with the big band of the Conservatory of Perugia in Anguillara Romana directed by Maestro Massimo Bartoletti. In 2018 with the group “Intuition Quartet” he recorded a disc entitled “Next” with the record company “Dodicilune”. In 2019 he joined as drummer of the Big Band “Musicamdo Jazz Orchestra” linked to the Musicamdo Jazz association of Camerino. The Training consists of a staff of 22 elements, is directed by the Masters Luca Pecchia and Massimo Morganti.

Currently he plays with various Jazz, Funky and Rock groups, collaborating with numerous musicians from the Marche, Umbrian and Lazio jazz scene: Stefano Conforti, David Padella, Massimo Morganti, Tonino Monachesi, Carlo Stella, Fabrizio Caraceni, Marco Collazzoni, Lorenzo Scipioni, Luca Pecchia , Leonardo Francesconi, Maurizio Moscatelli, Pierfrancesco Ceregioli, Matteo Paggi, Fabrizio Paggi, Ludovico Carmenati, Pablo Prioretti, Andrea Sabbiniani, Paolo della Mora, Marco Agostinelli, Giuliano Cardella, Alberto Napolioni, Pierpaolo Chiaraluce, Emanuele Quadrini, Maurizio Urbani, Sally Moriconi,

He currently teaches drums and percussion at the Institute “Ugo Betti” Camerino (Mc), at the Bartolomeo Barbarino municipal school in Fabriano (An), Toscanini School in Matelica, Incanto Music School in Muccia (Mc), Popular Music School of Fabriano (An), “Fabriano Pro Musica”. He has taught drums and percussion instruments in the pre-academic musical course for the academic year 2011/12, in collaboration with the Musical Institute of Higher Studies “GB Pergolesi ”of Ancona. He taught pre-academic courses in jazz drums and percussion at the Perugia conservatory.
He has taught drums at the “Fabrijazz” jazz summer courses since 2016, and in the same year he is also a drummer in the “Concordia Orchestra” linked to the Fabriano Pro Musica association. The line-up of 20 elements and it is directed by Masters Marco Agostinelli and Paolo Del Papa.

Since October 2017 he is the Official Endorser of SEMPITERNVS handmade snare drums, “excellent instruments for sound quality and craftsmanship”.
