Spallarossa

Born in Genoa in 1977, he began his artistic journey at the age of 16 as a self-taught drummer, later refining his technique with renowned musicians such as Dado Sezzi, Walter Calloni and Mario Della Casa.

In 1997, he joined the cult metal band Sadist, with whom he performed extensively across Europe, Russia and Asia, sharing the stage at major concerts and festivals with some of the biggest names in metal, including Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne, Motörhead, Slayer, Korn, Megadeth, Machine Head and many others.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated—both live and in the studio—on numerous projects with various bands and tribute acts, including Meganoidi, Pino Scotto, Gnu Quartet, MasterCastle, The Famili, DirtyBalls, Brain and others.

He continues his musical activity with the Imperia-based bands MercenariRock (cover band) and Roommates, the latter currently working on their third album.

Alessio joined the Sempiternus family in 2021.
