Danilo
Ibba

Born in Alghero in 1969, he began playing keyboards at the age of ten and soon transitioned to guitar, quickly becoming one of the youngest and most prominent figures in Alghero’s (Sardinia) popular music scene.

After releasing his own music, he discovered drums at the age of 25. For several years, he performed with his longtime friend Nicola Nite and later, in 1996, collaborated with the Sardinian band *Tazenda*, which was very popular in Italy during the ’90s. He has also participated in projects with Sardinian artists such as Crazy Blues Band, Four Roses, Laura Giordo, Koromè, and Marranias, and has recorded numerous albums for regional artists, establishing his own recording studio in the process.

Since 2021, he has been part of the official *Nomadi* tribute band from Sassari, *Fiore Nero*. With Fiore Nero, he has embarked on a search for the perfect sound, ultimately finding his signature tone in Sempiternus snare drums.
